Job Description

The responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Welcome and establish relationships by getting to know the customer to provide an extraordinary experience.
  • Exhibit a high level of quality customer service behaviors and adhere to operational procedures and processes.
  • Process bank transactions accurately and efficiently while educating clients on products/services and making referrals when a potential opportunity has been identified.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of one to three months banking experience and/or training; or prior retail and cash handling experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with cash handling or banking preferred.
  • Must be available to work the required schedule of the Branch, including Saturdays.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
  • PC and internet proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
